When you use Vixelo, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials (via email or Google OAuth)
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe
• Uploaded images: Product images you upload for generation processing
• Usage data: Generation history, feature usage, session data, and device/browser information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your Vixelo account
• Process image generations and deliver results
• Handle billing, subscriptions, and credit purchases
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Improve the Service, fix bugs, and develop new features
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, plan changes)

Images you upload to Vixelo are processed server-side solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. Your uploaded images and generated results are stored in isolated, per-user storage and are never shared with other users.

Vixelo does not use your images to train AI models. Your images are processed through third-party AI services solely to fulfill your generation requests. Depending on your selection, images may be processed through different AI engine tiers (Standard and Premium), but both are handled identically from a privacy and data handling perspective. Please note that third-party AI providers may have their own data handling policies — we select providers whose terms align with protecting your data and do not permit the use of your images for model training. Images are automatically deleted from our servers once your plan’s retention window expires.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Vixelo does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions, subscription status, and billing identifiers from Stripe.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit
• Isolated, per-user storage for uploaded and generated images
• Secure authentication via hashed passwords or third-party OAuth providers
• Regular security audits and infrastructure monitoring

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Vixelo uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may also use basic analytics tools to understand how the Service is used, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Vixelo integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
• Google OAuth — Optional account authentication
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and performance optimization

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and PIPEDA), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing

Account data (name, email, billing history) is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

Generated images are retained according to your subscription plan (e.g., 7 days for Trial, 30 days for Starter, up to 180 days for Enterprise). After the retention period, images are permanently deleted.

Vixelo is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
