Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vixelo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Vixelo reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Vixelo is an AI-powered product showcase image generator. Vixelo is operated by RAK Venture Group. The Service allows users to upload product images, which are then processed using artificial intelligence to generate professional showcase images with customizable backgrounds, lighting, and compositions. The Service is provided on a credit-based subscription model.

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or third-party authentication (e.g., Google OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify Vixelo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts to exploit free trial credits or circumvent usage limits. Vixelo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Vixelo operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per image generation based on the selected output resolution and processing mode. Two processing modes are available:

• Standard engine: 1080p = 1 credit, 2K = 2 credits, 4K = 3 credits
• Premium engine: 1080p = 2 credits, 2K = 3 credits, 4K = 5 credits

Trial accounts are limited to the Standard engine only. The Premium engine is available on all paid plans (Starter and above). Subscription plans include a monthly credit allocation that resets on each billing cycle.

Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Additional credits may be purchased as one-time refill packs. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Service is intended for generating product showcase images for legitimate commercial and personal use. You agree not to use Vixelo to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Upload images you do not have the right to use
• Abuse the API or Service infrastructure (e.g., automated scraping, excessive requests)
• Resell or redistribute generated images as a competing service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying AI models

You retain rights to use the images generated through Vixelo for commercial and personal purposes, including advertising, e-commerce, and social media, without attribution to Vixelo. Ownership rights to AI-generated outputs may be subject to the terms of underlying third-party AI providers. We recommend consulting legal counsel if image ownership is critical to your use case.

Vixelo retains all rights to the platform, its underlying technology, AI models, user interface, branding, and documentation. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to Vixelo’s intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as intended.

Generated images are stored in your account for a retention period determined by your subscription plan (e.g., 7 days for Trial, 30 days for Starter, up to 180 days for Enterprise). After the retention window expires, images are permanently deleted from our servers.

It is your responsibility to download and back up any images you wish to keep before the retention period ends. Vixelo is not liable for images lost after the retention window.

Vixelo provides the Service on an “as is” basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality image generations, we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated output. Results may vary based on input image quality, selected settings, and other factors.

In no event shall Vixelo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vixelo’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Vixelo in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Vixelo may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, abuse of the platform, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service and any stored images will be revoked.

If Vixelo terminates your account without cause, any unused portion of your current billing period will be refunded on a prorated basis.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at legal@vixelo.ai. Upon deletion, all account data and stored images will be permanently removed within 30 days.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vixelo and RT Ventures, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights related to images you upload.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Brunswick, Canada.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at legal@vixelo.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the courts as specified in the Governing Law section above.

Vixelo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
